- To respond to your enquiry and book your consultation.

Electronic messages
In line with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, we only send commercial electronic messages where you have given consent, for example by submitting a form on this website. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, emailing smpbyryno@gmail.com, or calling 027 776 6192.
Photos you send us
Photos you upload are used only to assess your hair loss and prepare your quote or plan. They are stored securely and are never published or shared without your written permission.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example booking, messaging and analytics tools), and only for the purposes described above.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access.
